Los Angeles has been a bit warmer than usual. July was on average, warmer than usual. August isn’t going to be much better. So what should we do? Museums! They’re air conditioned and they contain art! So much better than going to see a movie, in my humble opinion. So let’s see what the museums have to offer this month. And galleries are air conditioned as well, usually.
What are all you creative types up to? Making art, writing, music? Hope so. If you go over to Poet’s Place you can get your monthly dose of poetry. Linda Kaye puts together a fine array of writers every month. And if you fancy yourself a poet, send her your writings.
Below you’ll find some suggestions for art adventures in the Southern California area.
