March - WTF?

He started the Board of Peace right before starting a war. What the absolute fuck? What does a Republican with a spine look like? Congressman Thomas Massie is one. I think he needs to cross the aisle and abandon his party of feckless losers, that obviously don’t care what happens to the country. They’re probably in the files. Yes, those files. All I can say is that this shitshow is so disappointing, and unfortunately not surprising. You do know what happens during times like these? People make art. Screaming into the void isn’t quite enough so we create. They can try to take that away, but it won’t happen. Below my rant I’ll list some art shows, and opportunities, and ways to creatively vent. One place where you can scream through the written word, over at Poet’s Place, which is hosted by the forever lovely Linda Kaye. Maybe it’s time for you to submit a poem or story to Linda.

As I look around the interwebs, a lot of the current shows are political in nature. As it should be. Times are not normal. If you feel weird, it’s understandable. Go outside. The beach is a good spot, or a park. Feel the sunshine, which we’re getting more of everyday, with the timwe change the night of the 7th. Spring ahead. Go make something. Go see art. Protest. No Kings March 28th. Come on downtown and protest with me!
