It’s October. Spooky Season. There are a lot of shows and events happening this month, and you can feel it just ramping up as, dare I say it, holiday season is also upon us. Parties, shows, reasons to see art, buy art, make art, I could go on. It’s also time for the Highland Park Independent Film Festival. It’s the 10th Anniversary! Whoo hoo!! Check out their website to learn more about the line up of films being shown October 6-7, 2023, at the Highland Theatre in Highland Park.
Our own lovely Linda Kaye of Poet’s Place, has a film showing at the film festival, 20 Years Left. It’s showing time is 1:45 Saturday October 7. And go over to Poet’s Place to see this months line up of poets sharing their work with us.
