I marched on the 4th of July. I’ve never done that before. I protested this government and their cruel policies. And I’m not alone. Outrage is everywhere, yet not everyone is outraged. Especially for the bullshit going on here in Los Angeles. ICE needs to go away. No one wants any of this. Well, some do. Witnessing the glee on the faces of the Republicans in Washington, after signing their offensive, life killing bill, makes me sick. And what also makes me sick are the people that continue to support this mess. What the actual fuck is wrong with them? A lot. They’re not curious. Curiousity is what motivates you to learn more, experience more, educate yourself. It’s what I believe makes life much more interesting.
I know you’re all curious about who Linda has in her Poetry lineup this month. Go check out Poet’s Place to find out. She does it every month and it gives people a place to share their creative writings. And below you’ll find a variety of things to do and see around LA.
